4. GENERAL

These Terms and the use of this Website are governed by Singapore law and shall be construed in accordance therewith. Any disputes relating to this website which cannot be resolved between Aerogaz and you will be dealt with exclusively by the Singapore courts.
You agree that Aerogaz may subcontract the performance of any of its obligations or may assign these Terms or any of its rights or obligations without prior notice to you.
Aerogaz reserves the right to take appropriate legal action if any customer or member of the public circulates unfounded or false information about Aerogaz and/or its products.
If any part of these Terms is determined to be legally invalid or unenforceable, the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision, and the remainder of these Terms shall continue in full effect.
Where these terms are executed or translated into any language other than English, the English language version shall govern and shall take precedence.

5. USER ACCOUNTS & PASSWORDS

Certain services available on this Website may require you to create an account and provide personal data. All personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (Singapore).
A username and password may either be (i) determined and issued to you by us or (ii) provided by you and accepted by us in our sole and absolute discretion. We may, by notice through this Website or by other means (including email), vary these Terms, such variation to take effect on the date specified. Continued use of the Website after such date constitutes acceptance of the variation. If you do not accept the variation, you must stop accessing or using this Website and its services.

7. ONLINE ORDERS

Delivery
  • Deliveries are available within Singapore only.
  • Orders are packed with care and typically leave our warehouse within 1–2 working daysof order confirmation, subject to stock availability.
  • Delivery charges and free-delivery thresholds will be displayed at checkout and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Aerogaz reserves the right to impose additional charges for deliveries to non-lift-access locations or where disposal or installation services are requested.

Self-Collection
  • Self-collection is available from our registered address at 1 Loyang Way 1, Singapore 508702, during operating hours (Mon–Sat, 9.00am–5.00pm).
  • Please contact us at enquiry@aerogaz.comor call +65 6746 9933 to arrange a collection appointment before coming in.
  • Aerogaz reserves the right to update self-collection arrangements, availability, and timeslots at any time without prior notice.

8. PAYMENT

You may pay for your purchase using any payment method accepted at checkout on aerogaz.com. Accepted payment methods are displayed at the time of purchase and may be updated from time to time.
All listed prices are in Singapore Dollars and are inclusive of prevailing GST unless otherwise stated. Aerogaz reserves the right to amend listed prices at any time without prior notice.
If a customer fails to complete payment, or if payment is declined or cancelled for any reason, Aerogaz reserves the right to cancel the order until full payment is received, without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to Aerogaz.

9. DIGITAL COUPONS

Aerogaz may, from time to time, offer digital coupons applicable to purchases made through aerogaz.com. The following conditions apply:
  • Only one digital coupon may be applied per order, unless otherwise stated.
  • Digital coupons must be applied before their stated expiration date and within the specified transaction.
  • Digital coupons cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, deleted, or if the associated purchase is cancelled or returned.
  • If the total purchase value is less than the coupon value, the excess will not be refunded or exchanged for cash.
  • Digital coupons cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Aerogaz reserves the right to amend, suspend, or discontinue any digital coupon programme at any time without prior notice. The terms stated with each coupon are final.

10. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our returns and refunds policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase. The following items are not eligible for return:
  • Gift cards
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Sale items (only regularly priced items may be refunded)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be applied to your original payment method within a reasonable number of days, subject to your bank’s processing times.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To arrange an exchange, please contact us at enquiry@aerogaz.com.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns of higher-value items.

11. ERRORS

Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, clerical, or other error or omission in any communication or document on our part shall be subject to correction without any liability on our part. Any cancellation arising from a system error will be refunded as charged, subject to individual bank processing times, without any liability on our part.

12. CANCELLATIONS

To request an order cancellation, please contact us at enquiry@aerogaz.com or call our service hotline at +65 6746 9933. Please provide your order number, date of purchase, and reason for cancellation.
  • Cancellation requests are subject to review and will be processed during operating hours (Mon–Sat, 9.00am–5.00pm).
  • Aerogaz reserves the right to decline cancellation requests where an order has already been dispatched or is in the process of fulfilment.
  • Aerogaz reserves the right to cancel any transaction if the product is out of stock. In such cases, a full refund will be issued and no cancellation fees will be imposed.
  • Any applicable cancellation terms will be communicated to you at the time of your request.
